How do the platform's automated emails work?
Automated emails are sent automatically based on user activity on the platform. They are predefined emails, and you can activate or deactivate them according to your needs from Configuration > Emailing.
You can also edit the copy of these emails in Daily management > Marketing> Emailing > Emailing templates in the automated emails tab.
