What is the difference between an automated email and a personalized email?
Automated email: it is sent automatically based on user activity on the platform. These are predefined emails, and you can activate or deactivate them according to your needs from Configure > Emailing.
You can also edit the copy of these emails in the Daily management > Marketing > Emailing > Emailing > Emailing templates in the automated emails tab.
Personalized emails: These are designed for email marketing campaigns. They are created, managed and sent from Daily management > Marketing > Emailing.
In "Emailing Templates" generate the email you want to send. You can customize the HTML5 of the template.
In "Send Emailing" you can select and segment the users to whom to send the campaign. You can segment them according to their activity on the platform.
And in "Emailing results" you will find the most important metrics of your mailings.
