We have added the new Tags functionality. The tags allow the administrator to add more criteria so that the user can filter courses, based on different categories.
For example, you can create tags based on the language of the course (Spanish, English...), the schedule (morning, afternoon), day of the week, professional position.
These parameters are completely customizable and work similarly to the themes and sub-themes: Once created, you must assign them to a course. You can assign as many tags to a course as you think it's necessary.
In the course search engine, your users will be able to select a tag from each category, in addition to the sub-themes and the course format. For example, look for a life-classes course on SEP, in English and in the morning.
You can manage them from the Basic Definition section within Daily Management in your platform.
First create a Tag Category from Daily Management > Basic Definitions > Tag Categories. When done, you will see that the category has been activated on your platform. Now we must create tags for that category.
Once activated, you will be able to see all the tags under the corresponding category on the platform.
Next, you will need to link these tags to your courses. Create a new course or edit an existing one in Daily Management > Courses.
Now there is a new field called Tag. Select the tag that you want to link to that course, so that, when it is filtered in the catalog, it appears as a result.
