If you are offering either online training or life-classes courses, it is most likely that you have considered sending evaluation questionnaires in an automated way to your students once they have finished their courses. Sending evaluation questionnaires after finishing a course is very beneficial, for several reasons:
We receive direct feedback and we can know the opinion and interests of our users.
We can understand the quality of the courses we are offering.
Find the weaknesses and improvement points of our courses.
It helps us make decisions to modify the content and format of the course.
We have recently added the functionality of being able to edit and customize the assessment questionnaires that are sent by email automatically after a student finishes a course. In addition, until now only a questionnaire was sent in life-classes courses, but now we have also incorporated them into online courses with dates (webinar type) and online courses without dates.
Now, you can customize the questionnaires and you can ask your students their opinion about:
If the course format was appropriate.
If they believe that the content of the course is of quality.
If the course content is up to date.
If the teacher who hosts the course has the necessary knowledge.
If the teacher has encouraged participation.
If the webinar tool was right
And a lot more. Best of all, you will get a quantitative and qualitative report of the opinion of your students, and thus you can constantly improve the training offer of your online school.
You can activate the questionnaires' functionality from the Training and Complements section of the backoffice and customize them in the Pages Edition section.
We are going to see step by step how to configure the assessment questionnaires and how they work.
Activate the function of sending questionnaires
To activate the function you must access the "Settings > Training and complements" section of the backoffice of your training platform.
There you can activate or deactivate this function. You can find more information and see templates questionnaires by clicking on "More information".
Edit the questionnaires
You can customize the questions and sections of your questionnaires by accessing the "Settings > Pages edition > Courses tab" section.
You can also edit the content of the automatic email that is sent with the questionnaire. This must be done from the section "Daily management > Marketing > Email templates".
Check the questionnaire results
There are two ways to check the results, depending on whether you are an administrator or a teacher.
If you are an administrator, you can check the results of the questionnaires from the backoffice, in the course edition.
If you are a teacher, you can check them from "My Account" through the online school website.
It can also be activated from the backoffice that the teacher receives an email with the result after 7 days of completion of the course.
