Bank transfer as a payment method

Until now, in Foxize Cloud we have supported Paypal and TPV as payment methods so that your users can pay for their inscriptions to your online or live-classes courses. We have recently integrated a new payment system by bank transfer. The purchasing and management process through this method is different, and for that reason, we will explain how it works step by step.

  1. Enable payment method

Access Settings > Ecommerce > Bank transfer to activate the transfer payment option. Edit the text that will appear on the web and that users will see with the account number or the information you consider.

You can activate or deactivate the option to send an email when the registration is made, but it has not yet been paid. You can edit this email in Marketing > Email templates. At the end of the purchasing process, the user will receive an email indicating that their inscription for the course is in "PENDING" status, awaiting confirmation of payment.


  1. Manage inscription status

When the user has made the bank transfer and the payment receipt has been verified and confirmed, you will have to manually change the inscription status. In the "Inscriptions" section, in the first column "Actions", you must change the status from "pending" to "ACTIVE".


Once the inscription is active, we will offer you the option of sending an automatic email confirming the inscription to the user. The content of the email is the same as the one used for purchasing by Paypal or TPV and can also be modified in Marketing > Email templates.

You already have set the payment option by bank transfer!

With an active inscription, the user will now be able to access the course materials, and they will be able to assess it and download the certificate when it is completed.

Remember, you will be able to check the status of the inscriptions at any time, from the sections "Course Capacity" and "Orders", where you will also see the payment method for all the purchases made on your platform.
