With Foxize Cloud you can have access to all your information about your courses to take control of your training platform and your business. In addition to creating and managing the course from the backoffice, you will also be able to obtain detailed information on the activity of your courses, the inscriptions, the obtained income, the evaluations.
Let's see in detail all the information you can get.
At the top of the course page, you will find a summary of the most relevant data related to your courses.
Editions: The total number of editions that have been made to the course, regardless of whether they are active or inactive.
Inscriptions: The total number of people inscribed on the courses of all editions. In the case of having an ecommerce platform for courses, all the people who have made the payment will be counted.
Completions: The number of people who have completed the online course, that is, they have completed all 100% of the materials.
Attendance: the number of people who have attended a live classes course.
Average rating: The average rating for the course. Includes the ratings of all editions. The maximum rating is 5 stars.
Comments: The number of comments for the course (includes comments from all editions).
Income: The total income generated by the course.
In the "Activity" tab, you will be able to know in detail the number of enrolled users, the evaluations, and the income of your course through a graph. Choose the period of time you want to see and an automatic graph of the activity will be generated.
In addition, we also offer you a comparison of the status of your course with the global average of online/live classes courses, so that you can assess the status of that course compared to the others.
From this section you will be able to see and edit the information of the course: the associate teacher, the theme and sub-theme, the level of the course, the date of inscription, the detailed description, SEO...
In this tab you will see the list of edits that have been made to the course, active or inactive.
Actions: a menu with the actions that you can perform in the edition. Add themes and materials, edit the issue, change the date, change the location, duplicate the issue, preview it or delete it.
Edition status: Active or inactive. Active editions will be seen in the course catalog of your platform.

Teacher: The teacher of the edition may be different from the one in the course.
Course price: The price that users have to pay to take the course.
Income: The total income of the edition.
Offered capacity: The number of places opened for that edition.
Enrolled: Number of users inscribed in the edition. The inscribed users are those who have made the payment, in the case of ecommerce training platforms.
New students: Number of new students in the edition.
Attended: Number of people who have attended the classroom course.
Rating: Average score of the edition.
PDF evaluation questionnaire: In the case of live-classes courses, you will have a pdf report with the average of the edition's evaluation survey.
Incompany: Shows if this edition is for an incompany project or not.
In the comments' section, you will be able to see and respond to all the comments made about this course, regardless of the edition. We recommend that you check this section frequently and answer all the comments.
Actions: view, edit, reply, delete.
ID: Message identification number.
User: Name of the user who has written the comment.
Surname: Surname of the user who has written the comment.
Email: User's contact.
Active: If the user is active or not on the platform.
Comment date
Comment: Link to read the full comment and see the response thread.
Answered: You can see if a platform administrator has answered the comment.
Date of reply: Day of reply.
EVALUATIONS
In the "Evaluations" section, you will find the list of exercises that the students of the course have completed. These exercises can be texts or documents that have been uploaded to the platform and are pending from evaluation. In this tab, you can review them, correct them and put a mark on them. Remember that the teacher does not necessarily have to be the evaluator, you can change the role to a member so that the person is an evaluator.
Actions: You can edit your evaluations or delete them.

Material: The name of the material in the course (the title of the exercise).
