The administrators of the training platform are those users who have access to the backoffice of your platform and, depending on their role, can manage the platform, that is, upload courses, send emails, reply to comments, etc.
To access the platform as administrator, you must do so from the extension[your-platform] / admin, and enter the username (not email) and password.
By default, when creating a new platform, the administrator user is "sadmin".
In the Administration section of your backoffice, you will be able to create and manage all the administrators of your platform.
Depending on the contracted plan, you can add more administrators to support the daily management of your training platform.
To create a new administrator user, you must enter an email, a username (which will be used to access the backoffice), a password and a password expiration date.
Following the GDPR regulations, the administrator's password must have a minimum of 16 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and punctuation marks; while for collaborating roles, only a minimum of 8 characters is required.
You will also need to select the role of the administrator. There are different types of administrator roles, according to the permissions you have:
The Administrator has access to all sections of the backoffice, and also you can add new administrators.
The Manager also has access to all the backoffice, but can not add new administrators.
And finally the collaborators, who only have access to specific sections of the backoffice, such as access to the course, test or Marketing capacity.
Once created, you will see the list of administrators in the table.
From there, we can manage them, in the event that we want to modify the password of an administrator, either because the password has been forgotten or because it has been blocked due to incorrect password attempts.
In the event that an administrator has exceeded the number of unsuccessful attempts to enter the password, we must access this section and, in the action's column, select the "unlock" option, and then change the password.
Administrator users will be able to change their own password from their administrator profile, in the upper right part of the window.
