If you have tried to export a backoffice listing in CSV or XLS format , but it's giving you a problem, follow these simple steps.

STEP 1: if you use Windows you must make sure that the CSV or XLS files are predetermined so that they open in EXCEL. To check this you must go to settings> default application> choose default application by file type and there you can check that both the CSV and XLS files are opened with EXCEL.

STEP 2: After this check, if the export of the file fails and a message appears stating "that the file or format does not match or that it may be damaged", we can continue anyway. For this we will answer yes to the message and we will do a Save As and in the Type box we will select the Excel Workbook.
