In this guide we will introduce you to Foxize Cloud, the new SaaS tool to create your online training platform. Are you ready to create your training school?
Access your administrator space from your Foxize Cloud account and you can start configuring your school and managing the day-to-day running of your courses. Next, we briefly explain the different sections that you will find in your management area and the steps to follow to start your school.
Before you start uploading your courses, you must customize your school! In the "Settings" section you will find all the elements that will shape your training platform and adapt it to your tastes and needs.
You will be able to personalize your logo, titles and texts in the "Appearance" section, order and manage the navigation elements, and edit each of your school's pages, from its appearance to its SEO.
In addition, you will be able to configure all the data and information of your school visible to the user: the domain of your school, your contact information, the fields necessary for user's registration, the training format (online, open, free and / or paid), the configuration of emailing notifications and much, much more.
It is important not to skip this first step, as it will define the foundation of your school.
It's time to fill your training school with content. In "Daily management" you can activate and manage all your training. Create and publish your courses, manage users, capacity, registrations and many other activities on the web.
Not only that, you can also create discount coupons, email marketing campaigns, upload materials and tests, as well as manage the topics of your courses in "Basic definitions".
And do not forget that in the "Home" section of "Daily management" you will find all the important data as well as search filters, editing actions and information download, so that you can collect everything you need to analyze the performance of your online learning platform.
When you want to see how your school is looking and how your students will see it, click on the cube icon, next to the Foxize Cloud logo.
Through the cube you can directly access the front end of your training project. It will open in a new window, so you can continue editing from your management area and not lose any changes.
Last but not least, you will find your administrator profile at the top right of your management area. From this menu you can access your profile data, download monthly invoices, consult or expand your subscription plan to Foxize Cloud, or manage your password.
