Guide to manage your platform's library

You can complement your online school with accessible materials for all your users and visitors. These materials are independent of the courses and have their own page on your training website, as if it were a library.

Not only does it server to offer more quality and free material for your students, they are also useful to enhance the SEO of the web and follow an inbound marketing strategy and increase organic traffic to your website, since it allows you to customize the text and add keywords.

In this guide we will see how to add materials to your library.

To do this, access the section "Daily management > Materials" in your backoffice.

There you will see the list of all active materials on the web and their characteristics.

To create a new material, click on the "Create new material" button. A new page will open where you must add all the information about the material.

  • Material name

  • Format: video, ebook, template... Formats must first be created in the "Basic definitions" section.

  • Author/s: You must create or select one of the existing ones.

  • Tags: help to classify materials. You can create new ones or choose between existing ones.

  • Theme: You must add the material in one of the themes of the platform. These are the same as the courses and can be created or modified in the "Basic definitions" section.

  • Sub-themes: The sub-themes options change depending on the selected theme.

  • Type of material: you can choose between download or link. In download you can upload a file so that users can download it. The file size cannot exceed 500Mb. The link will take users to another web page.


In the following sections you will be able to work on everything related to the description, keywords and SEO, key points to increase organic traffic to the online school.

Remember to activate the "active" option and save so that the material appears on your training platform.
