How do I personalize my email templates?
To modify an email template (be it automated or personalized) you must access Daily management> Marketing> Emailing> Email templates. There, click on the "Edit" option in the "Actions" column.
You can use the platform editor, or import HTML5 templates from other email managers such as Mailchimp. You only need to copy the HTML5 code in "HTML Source".
