I have problems accessing the backoffice of my platform.

Entering the sadmin user password 3 times incorrectly in the backoffice locks the account. To unlock it, you must click on the option "I have forgotten my password", to change it and obtain access again.

You can do it from the admin access to your school or from login at foxizecloud.com/login

Remember that, following the GDPR regulations, the administrator password must have a minimum of 16 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and punctuation marks.

In the case of being a collaborator of the platform, the sadmin must unlock the account from the backoffice, in the section Daily management> Administrators.
