Incompany services provide your courses to the selected business for free. It creates an exclusive landing page for their employees, who will have to register to have access to the courses. The registration is automated and tracked, so you nor the HR team have to worry about it.
To link a course to that particular incompany service, you'll have to create a new edition of an existing course (or a new one) and check the "Incompany" option.
The incompany courses will not appear on your main catalogue, so if you want to make an existing course incompany, you'll have to duplicate the edition first and then check the option incompany.
Also, if you duplicate the course, you won't need to reupload all the material.
Once the incompany edition is created, you can link it to the project in "Corporate > Projects". You can link as many courses' editions as you want. Only the members of this project will have free access to this course edition through the landing page. They will not have access to the full course catalog of your platform.
Project administrators (members of the corporation's HR team) will find in their profile a dashboard with the project information and user activity: total completed courses, number of registered students, number of students who have attended the courses and the cost of the project (symbolic).
Administrators will also be able to check relevant information of each course, for example the number of students enrolled, attendees and average rating.
