We have added a new section in the backoffice dedicated to Editions. In this section you will be able to view, create and edit course editions and also (perhaps one of the most interesting functionalities suggested by the community) the possibility to order online courses in your catalogue.
Until now, courses were ordered in the online school according to their creation date (for undated online courses) and according to the start date. With the new functionality, you will be able to order the courses very intuitively.
We are going to explore this new section of the backoffice and show you how it works.
You will find this new section in "Daily management > Courses > Editions".
Within the editions' section you will find the list of all the editions of the different courses of your school.
In this list you can see an overview of each edition: the course, the status, date, and location (if you have it), the price, inscriptions, the evaluation and much more information.
In addition, you can create a new edition from scratch, or edit an existing one from the Actions column. We remind you that from the edition you can also access the topics and materials.
In editions, you will see another section called "Order of editions". There you will find the list of editions, and you can reorder them simply by clicking and dragging to the new position. Easy, right?
By default, the courses appear on the web ordered by the most recent start date. In case they do not have a start date, they are ordered by creation date. If you prefer, you can change the order of appearance of the first 50 courses on the web by dragging and dropping them from this section.
We hope that this new functionality gives you more control of the online catalog of courses, and you can get the most out of your training platform.
If you have any questions, you can send us your query through the "Help" widget from your backoffice or email us to soporte@foxizecloud.com and we will respond as soon as possible.
