Take control of the capacity of your courses

With Foxize Cloud you can control the capacity of your courses, such as seeing the number of enrolled students, the progress of each user and connection times, among others.

Let's see everything the platform offers.




You can find all the relevant information for your courses in "Daily Management> Course Capacity".

The first thing you will find in this section are general data about the capacity of your platform, such as the number of active courses, the number of registrants who have completed the course, the average capacity of your platform and the day with the most registrations. This data will help you to generally evaluate the performance of your training platform.

Below, you will see a list of all the active courses on your training platform, ordered by date (if they have it) or by creation date. You can also access the course history, that is, those courses with a date that have already passed or are inactive.

In both cases, you will find relevant information about the course (such as the date, the type of course or the income), as well as the number of enrolled students.

Course capacity

If you click on the arrow next to the number of enrolled in a course, you will be able to access the list of users who are taking that course.

Here you will find very relevant information about the activity of your users in the course:

  • if they have used a coupon to buy the course,

  • the percentage of progress,

  • if they have finished the course or not,

  • the connection time,

  • the end date in the if they have finished the course,

  • the evaluation of the course once it is finished,

  • and the status of the registration.

These data, specifically the progress and connection time of the user, are especially useful to reward your training with FUNDAE. In fact, the platform allows you to download this data in a report with the data that FUNDAE requests.

The Foxize Cloud platform meets all the requirements requested by FUNDAE necessary to offer subsidized training.

User

You can check students' progress by clicking on the magnifying glass next to the percentage of progress of a user, you can see in detail the materials that they have viewed and those that they have not.

You will also see a column called "Complete". In the event that a user has problems advancing with a material, as a platform administrator, you can complete it manually by activating the box.

Attendance control

If we go back to the main page of Course Capacity, we will find a button at the top called "Attendance control".

Attendance control is used to take roll call in face-to-face courses and mark the attendance of participants manually.

Teachers can also access attendance control from their profile on the platform.

To access the attendance list, a password must be entered. You can change this password in the Settings> Appearance> Page edition> Courses> Attendance control section.

Click the settings icon on the page to change the password.

Once the password has been entered on the attendance control page, you will find a search engine for course editions according to the city.

When you select one, the list of editions that take place in that city will appear.

By selecting one of the courses, you will see the list of all those enrolled. You will be able to mark in a box whether they have attended the event. This will carry over to the user's progress.

Waiting list

In addition to being able to keep track of the capacity of your courses, you will also have access to a waiting list of your courses.

When a course reaches its limit of registered users, interested users will be able to sign up for a waiting list and, in the event that a place is free, they will receive a notification to sign up.
