Teacher management in Foxize Cloud

In the Foxize Cloud LMS tool, teachers who are part of your training platform can also have control of their course data.

In this guide, we will explain in detail all the functionalities related to the teacher profile. In the first place we will teach you how to create a new teacher user; secondly, what the teacher has to access from their account and thirdly, how to configure automatic emails for teachers, to keep them always up to date with their activity.

  1. Create a teacher profile

To create a new teacher user, access the "Daily management > Users" section from your backoffice and click on the "Create new user" button.


Fill in the necessary information (name, surname, email, password) and activate the "Teacher" box so that you have access to all the options for this role.


Click save to create the new user.


Once the user is created, you can complete their profile by accessing "Edit user" in the "Actions" column. You will see that now, just below the "Teacher" box, new fields appear to fill in.

  • Professional profile

  • Description on the teacher website

  • Link to the teacher's social networks and website

If you have the "Teachers" page enabled (it can be modified from the "Settings > Navigation" section), users will be able to access the profile of all your teachers at your online school.

This is how they will see it:

  1. Teacher options

When a user has the role of teacher, a new section will be activated in their account, called "Activity as a teacher".

In this section you will find the details of the courses taught and the evaluations.


2.1. Courses taught

In this section, the teacher will be able to see general information about the taught courses and detailed information about each one and the corresponding editions.



General information of "My Courses":

  • Number or taught courses

  • Total taught hours

  • Average teacher rating


Likewise, the teacher also has access to the details of each course:

  • Average course rating

  • Total number of enrolled students in the course (the sum of all the editions).

  • The number of course editions.


In addition, you can also access the list of course editions, where you can see:

  • The date of completion

  • The status of the edition (active or not)

  • The evaluation of that edition

  • Students enrolled in that edition. If you click, you will see the complete list of students.


2.2. My evaluations

If there are materials in one of the teacher's courses that need to be evaluated, you can access the student exercise from the "My evaluations" section.


In this section you will find general information about the exercise.

  • Number of students enrolled in the course

  • Number of exercises received

  • Number of exercises evaluated

  • Number of exercises pending of being evaluated


In addition, the teacher can access and evaluate all the exercises from this very same section. When displaying the section "See exercises" you will find the list of exercises that students have done.

  • Student's name

  • The delivery date of the exercise

  • The name of the course material

  • The status of the assessment (whether it has been assessed or pending)

  • The evaluation

  • The exercise that the student has done.


From this very same section, the teacher can evaluate the exercises.

By clicking on the "Evaluation" column, a pop-up will appear where you can see the student's file, choose the evaluation method (with a mark or pass/fail) and you can leave a comment if you think it is necessary.


  1. Configure emails for teachers

Just as you can send emails to the students of your platform, you can also send emails to your teachers according to their activity. You only have to access the "Settings > Emailing" section to select what types of emails you want to send them automatically.
