USER MANAGEMENT


In order to view and manage your users, you must access "Users" in the "Daily management" section.

  1. User management

In this section, you will be able to see the list of users, search and create new users, add new columns (according to the custom fields that have been added in the user registration section) and export the list of users in CSV or XLS format.

In addition, you will have a monthly report of the general activities of the users and you will be able to access the user profiles and manage their CRM.

  1. Users profile (CRM)


You can access the user's profile through the magnifying glass icon in the list (ID column).

In each user profile, you will find:

  • User activity: the online and live-classes courses carried out in a period of time to be chosen, the KPIs of that user and the comparison with the global average are shown according to:

    • Average total inscriptions

    • Average enrollments in live-classes courses

    • Average enrollments in online courses

    • Average rating

    • User income

  • User information: In this section, you will find the data that the user has entered during registration. As an administrator, you can edit this data. Also, if this user is active on the web, you will be able to see his last connection.

  • Inscriptions: You will have access to the list of courses the user is enrolled in. You will be able to view and modify the course progress according to whether it is active, pending, completed, canceled or returned.

  • Comments: You will see a collection of all the comments made by that user.

  • Coupons: List of coupons used by the user and how many times it has been used.

  • Test: List of tests performed by this user. You can access the individual results of the participants.

  • Communications: In this section you will be able to check whether the user has activated the promotional emails and/or newsletters, in addition to see the email marketing campaigns in which the user has been included.

  • Incidents: List of the incidents that the user has sent. As an administrator, you can add comments.

You can also perform different actions in each user's CRM:

  • Create a new user

  • Edit user

  • Add the user to an emailing list

  • Change the password. In case the user does not find a way to recover their password or change it, as administrator of your platform, you can change their password. We recommend that the user change it again once they have been able to access their account.

  • Simulate session: We can simulate a user's session in order to access their frontend (their home page, their courses page).

  • Unsubscribe: When we unsubscribe a user, they will no longer be able to access the platform nor their courses.
