What Zoom plan does Foxize Cloud support?
Although all Zoom plans (free and paid) are compatible with the integration to Foxize Cloud, it is necessary to contract a paid Zoom plan to obtain information about the user: whether they have attended the webinar, the connection time, etc.
Zoom's free plan does not offer this information, therefore we cannot transfer it to the platform. In addition, the free plan only offers meetings of up to 40 minutes.
We recommend taking a look at the plans that Zoom offers to decide what best suits your training offer and the needs of your platform.
