Who can reply to a comment?
Teachers and platform administrators can respond to comments left by students on the course file.
There are several ways to do it:
1- The course teacher can answer directly in the course file. To access your courses you must go to "My account"> "My courses taught".
2- School administrators can respond on behalf of the teacher through the backoffice from "Daily Management"> "Comments". Administrators will answer on behalf of teachers, so their username will appear.
