Why am I getting an error when uploading a video to a course material?
It can be for two reasons:
- The file is larger than 1.5 GB. To fix this, you will need to reduce the weight of the file.
- The internet connection is weak. When that happens, it may interrupt the upload of the file. The best option is to wait for the connection to be re-established or upload a smaller video.
Note that large files generally take time to upload. You can see the upload progress of your video at the bottom left of your browser window.
