When you create a course in backoffice, you are generating the course card that will appear in your platform's catalog. In it you will be able to add the course description (what you will learn, an introductory video...).
The course card itself has no content. To do this, you must create and assign an edition to the course.
The edition, on the one hand, determines variables such as the date of the course, the teachers, the city, the price, the capacity and more.
On the other hand, in the edition you will find the topics and materials of the course. In this guide you can learn more about the types of materials available.
A course can have as many editions as necessary. For example, a face-to-face digital marketing course will be held in Barcelona, Madrid and London on different dates. The course is the same, but the city, the date and the teacher is different in each edition of the course.
Another use case would be for a webinar with two dates. Two different editions would be produced, each with a different date and different material.
